Creativity flows through every part of my life—motherhood, design, yoga, climbing, and holistic living—all rooted in the idea that balance is a constant, shifting act. Like the gunas, different qualities emerge at different times, and we learn to observe, adapt, and realign.
Born and raised in Chile to Buddhist parents, I studied Design at Pontificia Universidad Católica and worked in retail, branding, and freelance projects with brands that share my values. I thrived in creative spaces, attending talks, seminars, and collaborations, always seeking inspiration.
Climbing was the driving force behind our decision to move to West Coast Canada. The first few years in Vancouver became a time of deepening my holistic practice—studying Holistic Nutrition, practicing, mentoring, and eventually teaching at Ashtanga Yoga Vancouver. My connection to India also deepened during this time, further feeding my yoga journey.
After a few years, we moved to Squamish, where the mountains and vast wilderness became our backyard. It was an invitation to slow down, embrace a new rhythm, and step into motherhood. Here, I founded Ashtanga Yoga Squamish, a space that reflects my passion for yoga as a tool for healing, connection, and transformation, alongside my holistic coaching work.
Among my journey, creative design remains my anchor—a way to balance life, channel creativity, and engage with meaningful projects, brands, and agencies.
If this resonates with you, I look forward to collaborating.
